The preprations for the SSB Interview has to start by asking two questions:

(a)  What is being tested in the SSB Interview?

(b) How is IT being tested in the SSB Interview?

The answer to the first question is: SSB is testing the Personality of the candidate and personalit has four dimensions: (a)  Physical Quotient (PQ)  (b)  Intellent Quotient (IQ)  (c) Emotional Quotient (EQ) and (d)  Value Quotient (VQ)

And, the answer to the second question is: SSB tests the Personality of a Candidate using three SSB Testing Tools ie:

(a)  Psychological Tests (MANASA)

(b)  Personal Interview (VACHHA)

(c)  Group Testing (KARMANNA)
