Screening (Stage-I Testing) is the first barrier that any candidate needs to clear first before he/she is put through the main SSB, which happens in Stage-II Testing consisting of the Psychological test, Group Testing, and Personal Interview. There is a huge rejection that happens in the Stage-I Testing due to many reasons, but primarily due to lack of Clarity and wrong direction of efforts. All these issues will be discussed in detail by Lt Col Ganesh Babu during the class and adequate practice will be done by the candidates to gain adequate confidence.
