Group Testing Technique is also called the Observational Technique where the GTO attempts to evaluate individuals in the context of a group. And, thus determines a candidate's ability to function in a group. And based on his functional capacity, to ascertain his actual and potential level and to assess his suitability for the Armed Forces. There is a total of nine GTO Tasks through which the candidates are put through and these group tasks are called Leadelessless Group Tasks - where no one is a nominated leader but natural leaders emerge as the progress of the tasks.
